Welcome to The Farmhouse at Yetholm Mill which has recently been renovated and refurbished. You will find us in Kirk Yetholm, in the Scottish Borders. St Cuthbert's Way passes the house and the Pennine Way finishes just a short distance away on the village green.

We are perfectly situated for walking breaks, enjoying the countryside, or exploring Kelso, the Borders and Northumberland.

Guests are welcome to wander around the gardens or woodland, and can sit on the terrace soaking up the sun or with a glass of wine watching the wildlife and the glorious sunsets. The view from the terrace is spectacular, as we look out over the Bowmont river valley, and also down the valley towards Kelso.
